Brief info
Hey, my name is Ella. I have worked in childcare for over 5 years and my passion is using my SEN knowledge to support children who need extra input. I work with Tilly in creating achievable targets for the children and then work closely with the children to support them to reach these goals. I have a daughter who is just over 1 years old, so I have lots of experience in child development.
