Leanne is a Level 3 qualified member of staff and is a highly motivated and passionate member of staff. Leanne loves working with our youngest children, giving them the sensitivity and warmth needed in these crucial years, whilst understanding the importance of supporting their growth and development. Leanne shows genuine admiration for the children and recognises that our children need to feel secure and happy to ensure they are reaching their full potential. Leanne works hard to create amazing bonds with the children and will often be found engaging in a calm and sensitive interaction with our little ones.
