Session Times and Fees

 

Childcare Saving Scheme:  Depending on your personal circumstances, you may be entitled to a money saving scheme. For more information on the potential childcare saving schemes you may be eligible for, please visit: https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk 

Early Years Entitlement (EYE): Universal Entitlement: 11 funded hours per week for 51 weeks of the year or 15 funded hours per week (5 and 10 hour sessions only) during term time (38 weeks of the year) for 3 and 4 year olds and qualifying 2 year olds. Extended Entitlement: 22 funded hours per week for 51 weeks of the year or 30 funded hours per week (5 and 10 hour sessions only) during term time (38 weeks of the year) for 3 and 4 year olds. For full details and term dates please speak to a member of the management team. A consumables charge of £2.50 per hour is made for funded sessions and is invoiced monthly. Where parents are in receipt of Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP), please speak to member of the management team. If parents are unable or unwilling to pay the consumables charge then please speak to a member of the management team. 

All sessions include: meals (breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks as listed above), weaning food and drinks but exclude baby milk/formula, nappies, wet wipes and creams which must be supplied by the parent/carer. Charges of £1 per packet of wipes is applied where wipes are not supplied by the parents/carers. 

Fees: Fees are due on the 1st of each month and are invoiced in advance for that month. Payment by the following methods are accepted: electronic bank transfer, Tax-Free Childcare transfers, childcare vouchers, standing order, cash. Invoices are sent electronically. Late fees pay apply, for more information please consult our Terms and Conditions. A non-refundable registration fee of £50 applies when reserving a space (excluding EYE-only places).

Term Time Only Spaces: Our 5 and 10 hour sessions (8am-1pm, 1pm-6pm and 8am-6pm) can also be booked on a term time only basis for children of all ages. These are subject to availability and are charged at the prevailing rate plus 10%. This price includes a retainer so that your child’s place is held for you over the holiday periods. This does not apply to funded spaces.
