Lottie is a level 3 qualified member of staff and is a highly motivated and passionate member of staff. Lottie has over 6 years experience working with babies, in a variety of roles including room lead and deputy supervisor. Lottie has a natural love for our youngest children showing them warmth, sensitivity and understanding whilst continually promoting their growth and development. Lottie is a very positive member of the Peach Room and can often be found creating and trying new activities, singing and laughing with the children.
