Chloe has worked in childcare for over 10 years, supporting children in a variety of settings, from holiday clubs to tuition centres. Chloe has a Masters in Early Years Education, is an Early Years Professional and is currently completing her Professional Doctorate in Education. Chloe is also an Associate Lecturer for the University of the West of England.
Chloe founded Baker Street on three visions and values; parents as partners, children as co-constructors of knowledge and valued staff. These three values are reflected and imbedded in everything that a Baker Street Team does as Chloe dedicates her time to supporting staff both professionally and personally, developing the team's knowledge and skills and promoting relationships with parents.
